Classroom observations can be dog-and-pony shows and used as weapons... or they could be meaningful and provide an opportunity for dialogue and growth. An Illinois Superintendent decided to take home every formal observation and read them. Insane? Genius? Both? He wrote a book about it...and a damn good one at...
